I understand the skip will be collected within 3 working days of the 'Pick up date' detailed in the summary above.  *Please note: It is possible to arrange extended hire which is on request and is subject to a rental charge, It is also possible to arrange an earlier collection Please call to arrange.

Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend booking dates as necessary if your chosen delivery time is not available.

1- No container shall be filled above its capacity or used in such a way that its contents fall off whilst stationary or in transit. Overloaded containers will not be collected additional charges may occur.

2- No Liquids, Paint, Clinical Medical waste, Hazardous, Noxious, Explosive or Dangerous materials must be placed in these Containers.

3- Additional charges will occur for Fridges and Fridge Freezers, Gas Cylinders, Mattresses, Tyres, and consent must be given prior to disposal.

4- Plasterboard, Roofing Felt and Glass must be segregated, Additional costs may be incurred for non-compliance.

5- All waste wood has been assessed and any waste wood placed in containers is classified as non-Hazardous.

6- It shall be the hirers responsibility for the loss or damage of any loaned equipment howsoever caused.

7- We accept no liability for damage to hirers property including but not limited to, manhole covers, trees, shrubs and surfaces when placing or collecting containers off road, or damage caused when placing or collecting containers over walls hedges or fences.

8- The hirer agrees placement of skip location is on privately owned property by the hirer. Should this be incorrect on delivery wasted journey charges will apply including for failed delivery attempts.

9- For and on behalf of the customer, I have read and accept the terms and conditions. I agree to the waste description. (EWC) and that waste is transferred as stated above. I confirm I have fulfilled my duty to apply the waste hierarchy by regulation 12 of the waste (England and Wales) regulations 2011.
